**Great Hardware, Tough Market**
The S21 Pro is objectively the best SHA-256 ASIC miner available. However, the current market conditions make ROI uncertain. Bitcoin difficulty is at all-time highs and the halving reduced block rewards. At my electricity rate of $0.08/kWh, monthly profit is marginal. The 3,675W power draw also requires dedicated electrical infrastructure. For miners with cheap power and long time horizons, it is still worthwhile. For newcomers, proceed with caution.

Setup was straightforward through the web interface. Connected to my pool within minutes and started hashing at full rate. Bitmain firmware is mature and stable. The S21 Pro is technically excellent — 245 TH/s, stable hashrate, good build quality. But profitability is razor-thin at current BTC prices and difficulty levels. At $0.07/kWh you clear about $85/month profit. At $0.10/kWh you are losing money. This miner requires cheap electricity to be viable. If you have access to sub-$0.06/kWh power, it is an excellent investment. Otherwise, wait for a BTC price increase or difficulty drop.

The S21 Pro’s efficiency at 15 W/TH is impressive — previous generation miners were at 21+ W/TH. This translates to hundreds in monthly electricity savings. Hashrate holds steady at 245 TH/s. Mining BTC and BCH works flawlessly. The unit is LOUD though — plan for a dedicated room, garage, or mining facility. Not suitable for any living space. Profitability depends heavily on your electricity rate. At under $0.07/kWh it is a money maker.
