1. Overview

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with a product, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, subject to the conditions outlined below.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them. All original accessories, manuals, and components must be included. Items that have been opened, used, or show signs of wear may be subject to a restocking fee or may not be eligible for return.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including: software that has been opened or activated, gift cards, downloadable products, items marked as final sale, and custom-built or special-order products unless they arrive defective or damaged.

4. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return shipping instructions. Items returned without an RMA number may not be accepted. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

5. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund to your account.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you, including covering return shipping expenses.

7. Exchanges
